I've watched this city transform in ways that still catch me off guard sometimes.

I remember when the conversation about Reno was mostly about gaming and tourism — when the 'Biggest Little City' was a tagline that felt more nostalgic than aspirational. That city still exists in pockets I love. But it is no longer the whole story.

Today, Northern Nevada is a global data center hub ranked fifth in the world as an emerging market by Cushman & Wakefield. Apple, Google, and Microsoft aren't here because they had nowhere better to go. They're here because Nevada offers what's increasingly rare: available land, affordable power, low latency to Silicon Valley, a favorable tax environment, and a workforce that gets the job done.

Tesla is ramping up production of the Semi at a 1.7-million-square-foot facility at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. New companies in AI infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and energy are planting roots here monthly. The economic engine of this region is being rebuilt from the ground up — and it's creating demand for housing that our supply simply hasn't kept pace with.

I built NV Ball Real Estate Group here because I believe in what this region is becoming. Not what it used to be — what it's becoming. And I believe one of the most powerful financial decisions most people can make right now is to get into this market before the next wave of growth catches everyone off guard.

I've worked with buyers in every market condition — hot, slow, uncertain. What I know is that the people who say 'I should have bought sooner' always say it after a run-up they could have seen coming, if they were paying attention.

I'm paying attention. And I want you to, too. Let's talk about what homeownership in Northern Nevada looks like for you — not in a generic way, but in a real, specific, here's-what-your-life-could-look-like way. The best version of your next chapter might start with one honest conversation.
