Hello! I’m Patricia Smith, a lifelong Northern Nevada resident and dedicated Realtor with a deep appreciation for the incredible growth and community spirit in this region. Born in Reno and raised in Sun Valley, I’ve had the privilege of watching Northern Nevada evolve over the years. My family and I have built our lives here, surrounded by the area’s unmatched weather, unique culture, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventure.

I take pride in using my extensive local expertise and strong network to support my clients in finding homes that bring them as much joy as my own family has found here.

As both a Realtor and Military Relocation Professional, I am committed to making each client’s home journey a smooth, positive experience.
